Frequently Asked Questions
Something was damaged or broken in my package what should I do?
I use bubble wrapped poly mailers for all of my orders. I also bubble wrap any extra fragile items such as glass vials to protect them in the shipping process. Due to these extra precautions, any other damage that incurs is outside of the shop's control and is likely due to mishandling by the USPS. To ensure 100% protection of your package please purchase insurance in the unlikely event of extenuating damage. If a package arrives without bubble wrap protection and your items are damaged please contact me by direct message through etsy.
I have not received my package but it says delivered/out for delivery.
If a package tracking says delivered or out for delivery for several days and you have not received your item you must go to your local USPS and inquire about your order. Our shop has no further contact with the USPS system after the package has been initially dropped off and scanned. Verify your address is the correct address, you have checked around your house, neighboring porches and your local mail service. Unfortunately the package could have been stolen or misplaced. Our shop can offer a 10% discount for another order, but cannot replace an order lost by the mail service once it has been scanned and tracked. To prevent this problem in the future, you may purchase package insurance.
Why hasn't my package been shipped?
Our shipping policies state that our shop has 1-3 business days to ship your package. This is strictly for processing time. It may take several days once it has been shipped to arrive at the correct address. Faster shipping with USPS can be purchased through upgraded shipping.
Sizing details
All our rings are sized with a professional ring sizer. Please send a message to our shop of which size you would like. If a ring does not fit it is not the responsibility of the shop to replace it.
I don't know the names of the crystals I ordered.
Send me a message with a picture of your crystals and I will be able to help you with identification. Please take a picture with flash that captures the properties of the crystal. While my identifications are almost 100% accurate, there may be misidentification due to picture quality.
